Hi, I’m returning the unit and don’t want a futyre buyer to have problems registering the unit or the basic fx suite, I’ve already de registered the actual unit.

Ok, I don’t think that is possible. The code you get with your device is a one time code, so it won’t be usable by another user anyway.
What you need to do is probably to either follow the procedure described on the below helppage, or call customer support
