How to delete a MySteinberg account?


I recently got a new PC and accidentaly registered it’s eLicenser to a different account than my previous one (registered to a different email adress. I forgot I registered my Cubase license to another one I have), and now I can’t transfer my Cubase license to my new PC.

Is there a way to delete my new account so I could register my new eLicenser to my old account and transfer my Cubase license?

Unfortunately There is no support form. Probably because I live in a not supported country. Is there another way to contact support?
