How to delete a section/bar of Midi track

A question from newbie. Recorded a midi track and now trying to edit it. Cannot figure out how to delete sections in the middle of the track. Tried “select”, “draw”, “erase” buttons but this seems not to be intuitive at all. Please help.

Thanks for your message.

I’d suggest to double tap the MIDI event, to open and edit it in the MIDI editor.
