How to delete additional repeat endings

I set up (in write mode) a repeat ending that should be 1,2 for the first ending which is 1 measure long and the third ending is the end of the song; however, when I want to lengthen the third ending to two measures another repeat ending is added and I can’t figure out how to delete it. See the screen shot.

Probably just delete the second repeat barline? (I’ve not tested)

Sounds like a sensible idea, but there does not seem to be a way to only select the second barline. When I click on it the entire set of 3 barlines are selected. Even tried ctrl click and alt click, but no luck. And I don’t see anything at the bottom in engrave mode to delete just one barline. I do need to keep the second barline over 2 measures.

Can you attach the project itself here, @BobS, so we can see what’s going on?

If you open the Properties panel in the lower zone and check the Number of segments property, is it set to a value of 2 or 3? If it’s set to 3, set it to 2.

I tried deleting the barlines and then setting up a barline after selecting the 3 measures (under barlines labeled 1,2 and 3 in the screen shot. But that created a barline for the 2 measures and then the second barline was for the third selected measure. Since these are on two lsystems in the music I couldn’t drag the second barline. I had to select the move barline to next system, then was able to set the parameters to segments 2, number of times played and the labels are now correct.
