How to delete the number to the left of bracket (1) Treble clef (2) Bass Clef so that the two numbers do not show up in PRINT MODE!

The original is from Finale…The xml put the numbers to the left of the bracket in Dorico.

Try going to Layout Options > Staves and Systems > Staff labels and setting these two options to “None”.

In the xml there will be two instruments, neither of which is named.

Dorico will automatically call these 1 and 2, because Players (in Dorico) must have a unique name.
