How to disable the Control + Left Mouse pop-up menu?

Hi,

When clicking Control + Left Mouse on a Mac, the following pop-up appears:

This makes it impossible to use tool modifiers (e.g., Control + Shift) to edit velocity in my case.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

With the new tool modifier possibilities in N14 I also found myself wanting to use ‘ctrl’ for functions, but it seems as soon as it is used (even in combinations with other keys) it triggers the tool selection popup.

I never use this popup and would rather use it to unlock more tool modifiers

“Right Click on Tool-box” in preferences should kill this feature. It doesn’t.

Looking at a greater context: modifier keys override ALL other functions (even select multiple if shift or cmd is assigned as modifier tools), except this function.

Why have Ctrl as an option for modifiers if it’s not possible to use it?
