How to display generic interface for VST plugin?

Some of my VST plugins have extra “hidden” parameters that are not part of their normal GUI.

In C5, holding down CTRL + ALT + SHIFT when clicking the (e) button for a plugin would show a “generic” non graphical interface for the plugin instead of the usual GUI… that way, I could access all the parameters for the plugin.

How do I do this in C6? This key combination does not seem to work

All effects can be edited using a simplified control panel (horizontal sliders only, no graphic). This generic editor is opened using the pop-up menu in the top right corner of the plug-in panel.
