How to do MIDI melodic transposistion (in the scale)

Hi,

I’m on Cubase 11 and I want to do a “melodic” transposition. Meaning I want to stay in the scale (C Major in my case). I don’t want a chromatic transposition.

I’m trying to use the (un)logical editor but I don’t understand anything (despite the numerous tutorials I read). I constantly feel lost whatever I do. I don’t find pitch parameter or scale or something like that.

Is someone knowing how to do so?

I presume you mean transposing diatonically.

Cubase and Nuendo provide the Scale Assistant, here’s the setup you need.
