Hey guys, I’m working more with film projects lately and I’d like to know an easy way I can swap a video in Cubase with a new version. There are no timing changes at all, simply cosmetic changes. I don’t want to have to delete the vid, reimport, and realign it to my music. What’s the best way?
As a quick trick, I’d replace the old video with the new one, giving the latter the old file name. Works that way for edited tracks in Wavelab.
That does seem like the simplest way. 
I think I tried that once (or maybe it was an audio file) and something was glitching out on me. I’ll give it another shot. Thanks.
