How to export video out of Cubase?

Im a Cubase wizard so if I don’t see an option for something almost 100% of the time there isn’t one, but I decided to ask just in case I missed this one.

So is there a way to export the video with the audio after doing a bunch of work to it or is Sternberg just teasing us… So we now have to just export the audio and find another software just to add the audio to the video?

That’s some nice sarcasm.

Search for “Replace Audio in Video File”

Once I hit ok the process bar goes away

Export audio mixdown.
Close the project.
With no project open go to File menu, replace audio in video.
Select video file, click ok, select adio file, click ok.

same thing

the video is a .mov 29.97fps and the audio is .wav 44,100Hz 16bit

Well, it’s broken here, I just tried it. After reading misohoza’s post I tried it that way too.

Misohoza, have you used this lately?

Myself, I use a separate utility to do this, MPEG Streamclip. Also, note that Quicktime has been deprecated by Apple - we should not expect SB or anyone to add features using it. Developers using Quicktime will have to move to different methods for video playback etc., SB included. That’s all I can say right now.

Cool… Thanks anyway for trying.

Export video between locators with replaced audio

No, haven’t tried it lately.

But I also prefer using third party utilities for that.
Even when it did work sometimes I had problems like windows media player played the video but no sound at all.
Other times it worked ok.
