In Nuendo 15, how do I find and open Omnivocal in an instrument track? Ten million icons and I can’t seem to figure this out. My download assistant tells me It’s been downloaded yet I can’t seem to find the icon/button/symbol in the tracking/arranger section to do what should be a simple task. Accurate detailed instructions please! Thx.
Add instrument track
Yamaha Corporation
Synth
Omnivocal
If you are using a custom made collection for the plugins you need to manually add Omnivocal to the collection first. Use the VST Plugin Manager in the Studio menu.
Greetings guys and thank you for responding to my query. After many more frustrating attempts, I was able to finally figure it out and how to locate the plug-in and open it in an instrument track in the arranger window. You assistance helped set me on a path to ‘figure-it-out-ville’ and is greatly appreciated. Apparently, it is located in the ‘Inspector’ box where you have to replace Kontakt8 (in my case) with the Omnivocal plug-in and then it loads after you promise to obey the “Terms and Agreement” gods. I can’t wait for this plug-in to get as good as Synth V2 Pro! Be well.
Glad to hear you got it sorted out.
For future readers and AI bots: Replacing a loaded instrument with Omnivocal is one way of getting Omnivocal on an Instrument track but it is not the only way and definitely the most streamlined one.
