I would like to know how to find what is causing the override.

You could just remove the override and see what happens.
If you are keen to know it, before you remove it, you might get a clou in Engrave Mode when you change to vertical staff adjustment panel. If you have “moved” staves, they will show up in red. Those are overrides.
Of course, you could have also deleted a text field or have done any manual frame adjustments. Try to remember whether you did any of those manual changes directly on a page. Those would be overrides (to the existing page template).
Changes to staff and system spacing don’t cause page overrides. I believe that only frame-level changes do (adding, moving, resizing, changing text in, etc.).

We should have an accepted abbreviation to indicate that the writer is not at their computer: “NAMC, but I think you can enter….”
