How to fix a very slow ARA system scan in Cubase 12 startup?

It can take more than 2 minutes to start up Cubase Pro 12. This only goes for the first start. If I quit Cubase and start again it is much faster.

This goes for both in Rosetta 2 and Apple Silicon mode.

Cubase Pro 12.0.60
Mac mini (M1, 2020) Apple M1 Chip
macOS 12.6.4

Same problem here but with Windows 10 : it can takes 2 minutes to launch Cubase 12 Pro because of ARA scan.

It’s annoying because it is a professional use at the National Library of France in the context of initiations for the general public.
There is also sometimes a problem when leaving the software (freeze).
