How to force grouping silent mesures?

Dear all,

I would like to group the 2 lasts measures like the 2 firsts.

I can’t do it, somebody could help me ?

It seems the meter change is the culprit. What is it about? Could it be replaced by a local time sig change?

Thank you Marc,

I insert 2 new measures and I copyed the notes ard I suppressed the both old measures.
It’s good now.
I’m a very begginer with Dorico and I don’t mastering the meter change.
I’ll study this later.
