How to generate audio from midi inside Cubase?

I’m using Cubase Elements 7 and I wanted to generate an audio file from the midi tracks I created. I have used Cubasis on iPad and it’s easy to freeze a midi track to generate an audio file version or play the midi while recording the audio file. How do I do this in Cubase on the desktop? Tips and help appreciated, thank you.

I guess the simplest way would be to Freeze the instrument/s in question then grab the audio file/s from the Freeze folder(which is in the Project Folder)
