If I close the project window and cant find where to get the Project Window open again. I opened Devices MixConsole but it only has Visibility, Zones and Histor tabs. Where is command to get the project tracks and Inspector back w/out rebooting and opening the project again?

Well…
If you actually closed the project window then that means you closed the project. If you want another project window you will need to open an existing project or start a new one.
If you just minimized the project window then it would be available on the computer lower taskbar to reopen it.
