How to get "Go to Previous Marker/Zero" button back?

Hi all.
Sorry for the stupid question, but I have somehow lost the “Go to Previous Marker/Zero / Project End” buttons by accident, and I don’t know how to get them back on the toolbar. I’ve looked at the help but I can’t find information on how to change what’s on there. I’ve figured out that the keyboard shortcut (comma) does what I want, but I’m baffled as to how this disappeared and how to get it back.
The Setup shows “Transport Controls” as a single item.

Look at the three vertical dots right of the record button. Click and drag them to the right.
