I am using the Cubase AI 10.5 elements version. After my computer was updated to Windows 10, the software was suddenly deactivated and I could not open Cubase anymore. I have tried a lot of methods (try to reinstall the software…and still can not get the new activation code to reactivate my account) provided on the website of Steinberg. However, it still didn’t work. Besides, I want to request a new code through email contact but there isn’t provide an email address…
