How to get rid of a midi device

I used a Korg Prologue 16 for a few months and then traded it for an Arturia Matrixbrute. Cubase still says that there is a midi device for the Prologue and I would like to delete it. How is this done?

Click “remove device”…?

Where would this be? It’s not in the midi device manager … in fact there are no midi devices listed there, even though I have lots of midi devices available.

Edit: I got it. It was a leftover in the Mac midi setup. I deleted it there and it’s now gone.
