How to hear my guitar from ampli using UR44

Hi all,
i’ve got the UR44 and i use as daw garagebend on ipad. So i connect my guitar to the UR44, and the UR44 to the ipad.
How can i hear ONLY my guitar from my amplificator ?
If i connect the output of the rear panel of the UR44 with the input of my ampli i hear my guitar but i hear also the musical base from Garagebend in the ipad.
