How to hide/delete orphaned uneven ending bar before coda?

When I delete the uneven bar I lose the coda. Any ideas?
See measure 70 in the screenshot.

Select the first rest. Type ShiftB for popover and type -2q.

Ahh! I thought it worked then noticed that I lost my uneven first bar of the coda.

Yes, because first you have to create a 3/4 at bar 71, hide it and then you do what Craig_F shows

I would start over. Try this.
Delete the existing Coda.
Select first note of Coda and input a new Coda.
Select 2nd note of Coda and input a barline.

That did it! I’ve run into this challenge many times in the past. Hopefully I can remember this trick next time.
