I used the lyrics from clipboard function to add lyrics to my score but as you can see some words are a bit too close to each other. How can you increase this spacing? Is it necessary to reduce the font size in this case?
Many solutions are available:
You can you spaces. Just type spaces where needed.
You can also set the density of Lyrics in Score Settings>Project>Spacings.
The most common way to correct this is to use Auto Layout and choose Move Bars.
Or just move the bar in your example manually, and lyrics spacings should be automatically corrected on that system.

Or even manually drag “the” a bit to the left & “bots” a bit to the right. Not at DAW to check but pretty sure there is a modifier to use while dragging to inhibit moving it vertically when dragging.
