How to insert a full empty bar before the first bar?

Hi, sorry, can’t find the answer online (lots of answers on how to insert a pickup bar though). How do I insert a full bar before the first measure? I would have guessed you do a Shift-B popover and “-1” but that didn’t work.

Select the first note, and Shift-B, 1.
