You could do it as text using something like MusGlyphs.

Just for the record, in MusGlyphs what you want would be
ee=qe3
I don’t need MusGlyphs very often, but on those rare occasions I find it REALLY useful.

I suggest Dorico to include the swing playback symbol in the software so that user can easily apply it in their projects.

The Dorico Team either implement the thing in full (i. e. well beyond our expectations but then it makes sense) or don’t (until it’s done). That is the way they do it. They very seldom use stop gap measures, which cause great problems in the long run. This is not a rule, only a careful observation of how things are working with Dorico. So my advice would be: install MusGlyph or Metrico and use it, it’s there and does the job perfectly
