My second computer (laptop) has no diskdrive,i’ve successfully downloaded cubase 7 and it works…the issue is that i have no vst instruments that came with my original cubase 7…such as Halion Sonic SE(1.6.3.53). I could not find any downloads for this on steinberg downloads page…
Download the full Cubase 7 installer from your MySteinberg.
You should consider updating at some point, the current version of Cubase is MUCH lighter on CPU usage and will work a lot better on your laptop. Of course the workflow has also been improved a lot since 7 and there’s a ton of new content.
thanx for the reply!! however, there is no ‘full cubase 7 installer’ on ‘my steinberg’…at least not that a lot of searching revealed…
Actually you can just download it here:
Download both ISOs and make them reinstall everything. They both have Cubase content.
