How to keep my license after re-installing windows? (e-lic)

Hi, I have Cubase 7 Elements installed on my Windows 7. I need to reinstall Windows and I don’t know what to do to be able to keep using Cubase, I don’t have the usb Dongle, just the e-licenser.
I would appreciate advice from someone who had to do this before.
