Exactly how does one add a thread to the Feature Request list with this new forum format?

AFAIK, by selecting Feature request in the ‘Optional tags’ dropdown menu while creating a new topic, and when this option is available : in example, it is available in Cubase subforum, but not in the Lounge one.
