How to make complaint about tech support

A serious question, could someone tell me who to email to complain about tech support?

They’ve stopped returning my emails about a bug. I’m on email no4 now and still no reply. This has been going on since November.

If someone has an email address of someone higher up in Steinberg that would be great.

That’s the email address I have been using.

I last had a reply in November and I have since sent emails in December and January with no replies.

It must have been a very long holiday.

I will send the complaint over today.
