How to make Nuendo Dolby Renderer output in 7.1.4 to Virtuoso?

I´ve tried to change the output of the Nuendo Dolby Renderer to output 7.1.4 into Blackhole and then Virtuoso standalone but couldn´t find a way to do that.

Any ideas?
