How can I make the dorico score showing breaks like.
If I change the meter to 18/32 it make it correct either

(The music – assuming there are no tuplets – is 7/16, too).
Basically you could enter rests of the desired duration with enabled Force Duration.
Press o (Force Duration), then , (Rests), select the duration(s) and press y (The unspecified pitch).
