How to make your exported wave have the markers?

Hi, I was wondering if cubase can export a wav with Regions markers like this? (shown from Sound Forge)

You can, but this is only available in the Pro version.

I have the pro version, what is the feature called?

What I would like to do is export my .Wav and have my markers listed as regions. Is that do able are do I create Regions?
