To stretch the endings over multiple bars you have to grab the point-handle and drag them out:

To change the bar-numbers in a system, the only solution I found is to move a bar to the next system via a system-break. I can’t find other engraving-options:
So set the score to fixed 4 bars per system in the layout options:
then break bars to the next system via the system-break function to get 3 bars in a system:

I don’t understand exact got a staff for the “intrly the way to change the distance between the staves…
For example I got a stave for the introduction and after few verses (5) and chords which needs a lot of space… It works properly… everything is correctly extended… But, how can I reduce the space between the 'intro” and the first staves with verses ?

As I understand it, Cubase has very limited features for engraving and fine-tuning scores.
You have to try the vertical spacing settings in the layout options and see if you can get better results.
I personally invested in Dorico Elements and later in Dorico because the Cubase Score-editor is too limited for my needs.
I understood ! Is Dorico very far from Cubase ? I
I follow Cubase from the first version … Pro 24 on Atari
Cubase 1… VST 3 / 3,5 / 5… and so on !

Of course, I saw few things about the vertical spacing settings… Butit’s not very clear and I don’t what I need to active before using the presets and their effects !? It’s a bit difficult to understand it’s not as intuitive as under the latest versions of Cubase ! It’s a pity !!!
