I recently was working on something where I needed to measure the distance between a specific beat and a transient. I required the result in number of samples.
I was unable to figure this out in Cubase so I had to use another program.
What’s the easiest way to do this in Cubase?
Highlight the section from bar to transient in sample editor and change the timing from bars/beats to samples (rightclick on the ruler bar up top) then read the info from the info line
