I presume you have actually selected the pitchbend curve (or at least, part of it?)
I’m clicking on the pitch bend with the arrow tool, dragging it:nothing! What’s the Pitch Bend Curve?

Okay I finally figured it out,and for anyone else having the same problem “Moving Pitch Bend without note event”;Simply open the Controller lane in Inspector window go to the part under where the notes are, then click and drag (see the screen shot to explain what I’m saying)

What I did was slice up the note parts then move the parts I wanted
