How to octavate previous note with keyboard?

I’m inserting notes with the keyboard (a,b,c etc). How can I octavate up or down the previous inserted note without go back?

CTRL+ALT+UP ARROW (in Windows) &
CTRL+ALT+DOWN ARROW
