How to pan reverb Cubase 10 Elements? I have no panning tab!

Hi all,

Could anyone please help me with this, because I can’t find the solution myself on the net:

I want to pan my acoustic guitar hard left, add reverb to that and make my reverb signal appear hard right.

I already did this:

  • Create stereo FX track
  • Select reverb in ‘Destinations’ tab

Reverb works fine like this, but panning doesn’t work, because I don’t have the ‘panning tab’ people talk about. See attached picture: this tab should be at the bottom of the ‘Destinations’ area.

I did find a way to pan the reverb to the right, but then it seems that my left, dry signal also comes to the middle of the panning spectrum, while the mark still says ‘hard left’. This trick also seems to affect all the panning of other tracks.

I’m using Cubase 10 Elements

Please help, because this makes me bananas!

Steven

Hi Steven1979,

I think sends panning is a Cubase Pro only feature.

That would explain a lot.

You could also make the FX channel mono, and then pan it hard right. I don’t know if it’s the same thing as what you’re after, but it’s a workaround.

Ah, indeed! Thanks a lot!
