How to partially hide staves in a system

Dear users and developers,

How could we partially hide staves in a system?
“Manual Staff Visibility” adds a “System Break” always.
Am I missing something else?
How could we hide the second bar of a specific system containing 4 bars?

You can’t hide a staff mid-way through a system (AFAIK), so Cut-out scores can’t be done yet.

The desire to create cut-out scores is known to the team, yes.
