How to pitchbend a MIDI instrument that doesn't allow you to?

I am trying to pitchbend a note assigned to a MIDI instrument that doesn’t seem to let you do it, in first instance.

Any solution?

would you give us a few more details? That would be really helpful. What sort of instrument? What kind of sound? Why…?

Did you know that you can always use the sampler track to pitchbend whatever sound you want?
