Hy there…
I use the scale assistent to play after the accord track. When you play you always have those double notes that disturb me while playing. It’s not really usable. Is there a possibility to eliminate those notes? So you can play all keys up and down without triggering double notes?
Hi,
Make sure, you don’t use two different MIDI drivers of the same Input device at once.
Could you please attach a screenshot of the MIDI Ports Setup window? Maybe even the rest of your MIDI routing.
No, you can’t. But you can use the function “delete doubles” after you finished the recording.
Thanks for the reply…u didn’t understand me. I want to play without having two notes of the same key in snap live input. Its probably programmed like this…I hope for an update where you can play in snap live input without having 2 keys next to each other which play the same note.
Hi,
If my understanding is correct now, you play C, D, E, G and you ask Cubase to snap to C major, so Cubase records C, C, E, G. Do I understand it right, now?
It is rather they play C, C# and D. Cubase will move the C# to C or D and then you’ll end up with a set of two note events on the same pitch.
This is how the feature currently works. It would be a feature-request to change that.
