my piece as the piccolo being played by the 2nd flutist. how do i print a part with both on it so player can easily see both at the same time.
Typically you’d give both instruments to the same player, as described here: Adding instruments to players
This way the instrumental part shows a single stave throughout and automatically shows instrument changes between the flute and piccolo (assuming you’ve not turned off the option at Layout Options > Players > Instrument Changes).
If you’ve already set up the piccolo player and the second flute player as two separate players, you can drag the piccolo instrument from the existing piccolo player to the second flute player, in the left panel of Setup mode.
