How to record through microphone into IPAD

Hi there
I have a good studio mic that I used to use when I had Cubase on a PC

it’s the standard connector not USB

I’m now using Cubasis on iPad Air 2, is there a way I can record vocals using my mic?

you would need an USB interface like the UR12:
