How Can I get back my Product to reinstall it from scratch, because I’ve found a remark of incomplete content for the previous installed product.

I either event you should just be able to install or re-install your missing content from the Download Assistant. Just make sure you select the correct product on the left and then you can install missing or re-install anything that isn’t showing by clicking the appropriate icons on the right panel:
