How to REMOVE a VST INSTRUMENT TRACK?

Hi all, maybe a stupid question but …

I’ve got four instances of Halion in a project … just to test some MIDI parts … but now I don’t need them anymore in this project …

BUT … I cannot remove them in any way ? Wat am I missing or what goes wrong ?

I guess these instrument tracks are based on rack instruments. You have to remove the instruments from the instrument rack (F11), by clicking on it’s name and select “none”.
