how to render in place with no volume normalising

Hey everybody,

I have a question about the render in place, is it possible to render without normalise the volume knob ?

Each time I put as pre-gain -10 db et put a lot down the volume knob in order to not clip (with all the plugins I have), but when I do render, it normalise the volume fader, so I have to put again +10 or +20 db as pre-gain…

You mean the Volume fader should stay the same as in the source?
