How to reverse note

Hi All

I need to reverse one MIDI note. Yes, to reverse midi note from VSTi . I know audio, but midi, on what it depends, if possible or not ?
Do I need some VST effect ?

You can’t reverse a MIDI note. A MIDI note is just a on/off command.
You must bounce it as audio file and put it on a audio track.

In which case you are still not reversing a MIDI Note. You are reversing the audio it produces.

Reversing a MIDI note is kind of like trying to reverse a kilogram - it doesn’t mean anything.

You can of course reverse a sequence of MIDI Notes so they play in the opposite order.
