How to route 7.1.4 to the control room?

Hello again,

nobody seems to have an idea how to route 7.1.4 out of Nuendo into a loopback device but maybe somebody know how to route 7.1.4 into the control room ;-)…

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

If ypou have a 7.1.4 bus, you can use it as monitoring source.

If the 7.1.4 is your main output, it gets automatically connected to the control room.

This might be due to the fact that it’s not necessarily clear to every reader what task that “loopback device” would have to serve …?

Thank you, with additional help from an indian lady on YT, I finally found my way through the atmos-monitoring-jungle ;-).

I could only find this video with external routing into Virtuoso.
Not for Nuendo, of course…

7.1.4 isn’t Atmos.

Couldn´t get control room to work as I wanted, that´s why I was looking for a workaround but now it works ;-).
