How to Save Custom Color Sets

Is there a way to save custom color sets as program defaults? Hopefully, I’m just overlooking something but I don’t seem to be able to do that anymore.

Thanks,
JP

Hi,

Project > Project Color Setup. In the Options tab of this window, click to Store Color se as Default.

Hi,

I got a PM, this doesn’t work in C10.0.50.

It works to me here.

  • Open Project > Project Color Setup.
  • In the Color Set tab, change any color.
  • In the Options tab, click to Store Color Set as Default.
  • Quit Cubase and start it again.
  • Open Project > Project Color Setup.

=> In the Color Set tab you can see your custom colors.

Can you confirm, please?

This should work. At least it does for me. But I think that it can be a bit confusing for a new user to refer to them as a project level customization when the goal is to have it be a general option for any empty project that gets created(program default). Not a major gripe at all, but seems organized in an odd way.
