How To Scale A MIDI Pattern Down To One Measure?

Short and to the point.

I have a 4 measure MIDI pattern that I want to export into Z3ta+2 but the VST will only save the first measure. The instructions say I have to scale this pattern down to one measure.

How do I do this in Cubase 7?
