How to select from cursor to begin of a track?

Hi all,

I have a question concerning Cubase Pro 10, about selecting several wave parts that were recorded on 1 track:

How can I select all the wave parts on 1 single track from the cursor position to the beginning of the first wave part on that same track
(so everything on that 1 track that is on the LEFT side of the cursor)?

Select the track, then invoke these commands:
