How can I set a specific note measuring as default in Dorico Pro 5? I want to set sixteenth notes as default in all the projects I open for the caret.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think you can set a global default for all projects. However, the current grid resolution appears to be saved per-project, so once you set it in a project and save the project, that project will always open with that resolution.

Hi @bajodorado, following the correct statement by @asherber, you can resave the templates that you use, with the 16th grid set, so all new projects will have this setting
